T3 Cisco Billing is software with the following features:
- Collection of call records from CUCM server and Voice Gateway, through a special service that automatically downloads CDR files in CSV format from FTP server (additional option is a manual import of these files),
- Collection of call records from mobile phones, via manual import of CDR records in CSV format from mobile operators, and with the customization of record format received from different operators,
- Control import files (preventing duplicate records, eliminating bad files, notifying users),
- An initial overview of all calls (starting with the last, or the latest track), both outgoing and incoming, with the following columns: calling a number, a user ID corresponding to a particular location, a called number, a call start time, a call duration, a call rate (based on the duration of the call, the called number, the price that the provider defines for certain calls and the device through which the call is made),
- Bookmark each search and filter search, i.e. every review of a filter can be bookmarked and sent to someone who would use that url to get the same review,
- Generate views and reports in CSV and PDF format for the selected time range for: calls made by certain users (by user ID or phone number), Top N by the account height, Top N for outgoing calls, Top N by number of outgoing calls,
- Search by criteria: by user ID and by phone number (with search in specified time interval),
- Security at the level of the user name and password, as well as at the level of the role (roles) for certain types of users: the administrator, the importer, the user, the reports,
- Administration of user accounts with the necessary supporting information about each application user (linking users with numbers they own, mapping, limits …),
- Configure through the admin account, how long the records will be stored on the server (the default is 12 months), automatically deleting the oldest records if they reach a predefined threshold (percentage of disk space occupancy), as well as the manual deletion option older than the selected date ,
- The ability for every employee to have an insight into his billing list, both fixed and mobile network operators, as well as to indicate which calls were for business and private purposes,
- Possibility of input, via admin roles, different pricelists for fixed and mobile network operators, which are the basis for costing,
- The ability of a special user account to have insights into reports for all the employees,
- The ability of a special user account to have the ability to manually import,
- Option for sending different notifications to e-mail (setting types of notifications and messages, smtp server, and email address to send),
- Dashboard with essential data in one place,
- Bilingualism: Serbian and English variant.
