T3soft Agile Production

T3Soft Agile Production is a complex system which consists of a number of applications, and much of the functionality. The system is used to monitor the production process and reduction of discards. Its application is the most in the automotive industry, but it is also applicable to various other forms of production. The basic functionality of this software are:

• RFID technology for logging into the application,
• recording necessary ammounts of raw materials and intermediate products in production,
  
• listing of individual production, with options of barcode scanning and barcode printing,
• defining of waste in production with all the necessary features, to block in case of increased scrap
• various types of roles in the application,
• buttons to call a mechanic and quality control, monitoring reaction times of those services,
• special applications for the mechanical service with traffic lights sign, priorities of work, entering specific activities and closing applications from production
• semaphore production that are on the big screens in the production and display the current status of production, with information on the fulfillment of the production plan
• special application for quality control, with semaphore
• special application scales which works on measuring the number of pieces (for final product) in combination with scales
• importing different kinds of data into the database via the importer
• web application for administration and reporting
• full data synchronization servers and workstations, the ability to work in offline mode
• automatic update of the new application versions
• versions of the software are available in Serbian and English language.

The software is absolutely upgradeable and interchangeable for different types of production.
